About eClaimsBilling
Built by an ABA operator. For ABA owners.
eClaimsBilling was started from the other side of the billing table: by someone who ran ABA clinics, made payroll on Medicaid collections, and watched denied sessions eat into money already earned.
Now we make sure you get paid for every session.

Raj Bhasin
“I’ve made payroll on ABA collections. Every denied session was money we’d already earned.”
Co-founded and ran ABA clinics in North Carolina, Virginia and Maryland. 20+ years in operations. Now works full-time on eClaimsBilling.
Why we started
The care was real. The paperwork wasn’t strong enough.
I co-founded and ran ABA clinics in three states. I know what it is to check the denial report late at night, to chase an expired authorization, and to make payroll while claims sit unpaid.
What I learned is that much of the money practices lose isn’t lost to fraud or poor care. It’s lost to paperwork: a note that doesn’t match the units billed, a provider who wasn’t enrolled yet, an authorization that ran out a week early. Small gaps that repeat on every session.
eClaimsBilling exists so ABA owners can spend their time on clinical quality and growth, and still get paid for every session their team delivers.

Why ABA only
- ABA codes, units and supervision rules are all we work on
- We track Medicaid changes in the states our clients bill
- We prepare every client for the January 1, 2027 code change
- We speak 97153, not generic medical billing
How we work
Four things we won’t bend on
ABA only
One specialty, done properly. No generic medical billing queue.
Pricing that doesn’t punish growth
A flat monthly fee, so a good month doesn’t raise your bill.
Targets in writing
Set from your own baseline, tracked on a weekly scorecard you can see.
Your data, your practice
BAA first, read-only access, and you own your data, logins and reports.
Our promises
What we’ll never do
Billing is built on trust. These are the lines we hold, for every client.
- Never alter or backdate a signed note. We fix the process, not the record.
- Never promise an audit outcome or a collection result. Payers make the final call; we show you the facts.
- Never share your data with another practice. Not with an affiliate, not with anyone.
- Never hide a finding from you. If we see a problem, you hear about it first.
- Never lock you in. Month-to-month is always an option.
