ABA Billing Pricing

Flat-fee ABA billing, priced around your practice.

One monthly fee, quoted from your claim volume, your payers and the services you need. A good month doesn’t raise your bill. Built by an ABA operator who has made payroll on ABA collections.

Five things shape your quote

1

Claims you send each month

2

How many funders you bill: Medicaid, MCOs, commercial

3

Number of locations

4

The services you want us to run

5

Any old AR to clean up first (a one-time project)

Every plan has set limits, so your fee stays predictable. If your volume changes, we review it with you first.

Why a flat fee

A good month shouldn’t raise your bill.

Money you don’t collect is therapy you can’t staff. And money you do collect shouldn’t go to a bigger billing fee.

How much does ABA billing cost?

Most practices pay a flat monthly fee, set by claims per month, number of funders, locations and the services they need. Because those vary so much from practice to practice, we quote after a free 30-minute Risk Review, in writing, before you sign anything.

Yes. If you prefer, we offer a percentage of collections with a monthly minimum. Your quote can show both side by side, so you can choose the model that fits your cash flow.

Each plan includes set limits on claims and funders, so your fee stays predictable. Anything above your plan is charged at rates written into your agreement, never added without notice. If you run above your plan two months in a row, we review it with you and move you to the plan that fits.

There is a one-time setup fee, waived with a 12-month agreement. Otherwise you can stay month-to-month with 60 days' written notice.

Yes. AR cleanup, credentialing, authorizations or claims can each be quoted on their own. Many practices start with one and add more later.

Yes. It is credited to your first month of RCM if you start within 60 days. The report is yours either way.
